Data Deletion Instructions
If you have logged in to our website using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your account and booking data at any time.
To request removal of your personal information (name, email, mobile number, booking history, or any data we have stored), please follow the steps below.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
1. Email Us
Send an email to elanzadelook@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email ID or mobile number
- The message: “I want my account and data deleted.”
2. WhatsApp Request
Message us on 8459220960 / 8668648675 stating that you want your profile and booking data deleted.
3. In-Salon Request
You may also visit the salon in person and request deletion of your data. Our team will help you with the process.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is genuine.
- All associated data (profile details, booking history, login information) will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation message once deletion is complete.
No recovery is possible after deletion.
